I am dry fasting since Tuesday with no problems so far other than lack of sleep and feeling overheated. I was on a juice fast, then a Water Fast and I had a elevated temp during that time. Since the dry fast began that temperature went up even more.
In addition I see a brown sediment in my urine. I do not know what it is. I have no yeast problems nor anything like that. Does anyone know what it could be?- 4.9 here and very little to go Mighty.Sun.Tzu

This is a reply to # 1,912,611Nice Himitsuhime, 7-14 days to be. What is your previous long and how comfortable was it for you?
I went 4.8 days about a month ago and i am at 4.9 as i write this with the kind of thirst that makes me quite excited to cease and desist... But i have my sights set on enduring the moderate to heavy and 100% persistent thirst until i reach a full 5 days in about 2 hours. I actually did this current one without any baths or showers, but not with a complete absence of contact. Both of these fasts have been deeply spiritual in emphasis.
Sorry... i don't have any insights about the brown sediment.
