...I am struggling to recover from a stroke (July 15th, 2009). I am 73 years old.
Some of my symptoms of ill health may be much more than you would care to know, and I apologize for writing some of it here.
Mostly, I wobble when I walk and it is very tiresome trying, yet I do an hour of outdoor work (with my 87 year-old husband) every day.
I don't use my walker. It gets in my way...yet I do admit to 'wall-walking' with my hands though I have tried to change this, lest I become dependent on it.
I have recently dropped wheat, milk, and fructose, and benefited in both bathroom functions, instantly (on the day I began this change) to my great joy.
Yesterday, I finally had all the supermarket ingredients for the "In-betweens" and took a 1/4 tsp. of each...garlic, onion, sage and thyme on canned bean medley...cinnamon, cloves and ginger on a slice of Apple-Walnut loaf (no wheat or any other grain) with butter and a small scoop of cottage cheese. I also had some canned fruit cocktail in pear juice with that.
None of the spices were too strong-tasting.
This morning, when I got out of bed, I DIDN'T touch the door handles, dresser, etc. on my way to the bathroom.

Today, I walked more strongly, without tiring easily, or hanging on to the wall and stuff. (Though dh and I still held hands when we walked together.)
You probably would laugh at this small improvement in yourself...but, to me, it was huge.
The realization that parasites and their toxins have been contributing to the misery from my stroke blows my mind.
It has been quite a while since I have done a complete round of Humaworm...for various reasons.
If you know someone who is recovering from stroke, or anything, please suggest, at least, the "In-betweens" to them.
