You can get paid, but that is a possible on CZ too when you sign up for googleAdsense (I think that is what it is called).

I have had a Google Adsense account for a while but never made a cent from the ads here on Curezone.  That's along the line of another reason I hate posting here on Curezone anymore.  I hate thinking that the Webmaster is making even once cent off of all my hard work after the way I have been treated by the Webmaster here.

Does WebAnswers notify you if someone has posted a follow-up or comment to a question that has already been awarded the best answer? I have posted a follow-up and I'm wondering if you'll be notified and will get to see it.

No, I do not get notifications on most posts.  Only the ones where someone responds to the questions I ask.

I checked also and it was definitely erased.  I don't know why though and the owners never seem to respond to emails as to why.  I had this happen with another post where a woman was dealing with an infection.  People were telling her it was a yeast infection although it was another infection, which could be told by the "fishy" smell.  So I posted an explanation and the post was erased.  I tried reposting the answer a few times and they were also erased.  I wrote to the site owners several times asking what the deal was since the posts did not violate any rules and I thought it was important that she knew that this would be an STD so she and her partner would not be passing it back and forth but they never did answer.

All I can think of is someone was complaining on one of the posts about people coming there just to award answers to people they know.  So the site owners may have erased it just because of the complaint even though there was some great information in the thread.  I am not doing much on that site anymore either.  I have also seen too many politics going on there as well.  There are plenty of other ways to disseminate information without having to deal with all the politics of some of these sites.
