I'm not even sure where to start but here it goes :P I'm hypo with hashi's and have been taking 25mcg's of cynomel for the past 2 months and got my blood work almost up to normal.The thing is...i don't feel any better from my thyroid meds.

What was strange is the first day i took the med's i felt about 50 % better and thought i was on the right track.Strange enough after that day i never felt like i did the first day i took it.

I have gotten my adrenal panel done,and my morning cortisol was high (19-20 points) with the rest being normal throughout the day.Does anyone think that's a sign of adrenal fatigue if my thyroid meds only worked for one day then completely stopped? I'm exhausted with brain fog etc etc.

Just from reading around i heard that isocort can help a lot with people with adrenal fatigue.I really don't know what else i can do to feel better.Just tired of feeling sick all the time.
