Lots of eggs, low-carb veggies that are cheap and in season or buy frozen when on sale. Try to buy meat on sale and in bulk and then repackage it and freeze it for later. I like to use my crock pot to cook meals and then I have leftovers for the next day's lunch. I often cook crustless quiche with veggies like spinach or broccoli and then store it in the fridge for a quick meal. If I vary my veggies and spices I don't get bored as easily with the food.
