I had gotten to the point of thinking that the wheat we buy in the stores is from an old crop, or ground too long ago.
I also had thought that any crop grown on very large tracts of land couldn't possibly have the nutrition of plants grown among many other kinds.
I am strongly opposed to machines on our food-growing soils because they destroy the soil micro-organisms so vital to the health of this planet.
Enzymes (freshness) have to be in our food or we can't live...at least, not in health.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Especially thank you for saying the word 'inflamation'. That's exactly what I needed to hear.
