Thrasymachus and All,
DO YOU SMOKE?
Many years ago I had a close relative with
a constant runny nose. He was a smoker and
the runny nose was from toxins in his own
cigarette smoke. The toxin were
causing an allergic reaction and
causing his constant runny nose.
WHAT DO YOU EAT?
Do you eat grains and nuts?
Every grain and nut has its molds.
Do you eat fruits?
Every fruit has its molds.
Do you eat herbs and vegetables?
All herbs, and vegetables have their molds.
Do you eat nuts or peanuts?
Nuts have their molds.
Nuts grown in the ground (peanuts) are especially
moldy because the earth is full of mold spores.
Molds are not very choosy.
The same molds can grow on many plants.
This is why aflatoxin, for example,
is found not just in your cereal, bread and pasta,
but in nuts, maple syrup, orange juice,
vinegar, and wine.
Where is it not?
It is not in dairy products, fresh fruist
and vegetables, provided you wash the outside.
It is not in meat, eggs, and fish.
It is not in water.
DO YOU TAKE DRUGS?
Many drugs are unnecessary, but people take
the very same drug again and again, day after
day, every day, just because a medical doctor
made a suggestion. However, most drugs have
all kinds of weird side-effects. Runny nose,
for example. With v!agra, for example, the higher
the dose, the better it works. But you might
get a headache and a really stuffy nose at
the same time. Which should be another reason
to take a smaller dose.
WHERE DO YOU LIVE OR WORK?
A few years ago I rented a room in
an older frame house in the city.
There were smokers in that house,
and lots of molds in the basement,
most of which I pretty much ignored,
thinking it was not my problem. My
room was on the top floor.
However, once the smoke and the mold
spores were picked up by the air
conditioner, pretty much everyone
in that house received molds and
secondary smoke and a bunch of
never-ending symptoms of sore
throat, raspy voice,
and/or runny nose.
I moved out of that house, and never went back.
This way I got rid of the toxins, and
the raspiness. The constant runny
nose went away, too.
There are many different ways to detoxify.
But sometimes -- read sometimes as usually
-- the toxins are external; and regardless
how well you think you eat,
and how often you go to the gym,
many of our problems are caused by external forces.
