My dog has kennel cough. Unsure if it is bacterial or viral.

Most often bacterial.  But other infections can make dogs more susceptible to kennel cough.

What do you recommend that is safe for dogs and what would the dose be (she is 130 lbs). I read Chapparal, thyme and horseraddish, would these be safe for dogs. I also saw you recommend eucalyptus oil orally, would that be safe?

Dogs cannot use all the things humans can ingest.  I recommend sticking to chaparral and pau d' arco maybe with a little yucca root or licorice root to help with the inflammation.  This combination will cover both bacteria and viruses, as well as inflammation and boosting the immune system.
