Does anyone know of a blood Sugar blend that will not raise or lower blood sugar. I have a problem with balance, fruits&sweets make me sick, my blood Sugar is good, usually in the 80s to 90s.
A certified aromatherapist made me a blend for this, I believe it was 4 oils, one was dill, but I'm not sure what the other oils were. She is no longer treating me is the reason I am seeking help.
