to answer your question from down on the page, yes, i tried some ip6. a good friend and fellow denizen of this forum gifted me some. it made my teeth hurt like a mother. seriously, throbbing pain in the teeth. i had to quit and havent tried it again. you know, i think overall i am doing pretty good with copper and iron. what helped me, i think, was the b12 shots i took. i went through 20-25ml of injectable b12 till i gave the rest to someone else. i was not getting any reaction at all to the spot-check shots so i figured i was done. i took a big chug of my wifes plant iron supplement the other day to see if it did anything and nope, nothin.

ip6. i wonder what would happen now? i think that was before the b12. at any rate, it made my teeth hurt and i dont know why. yes, all of them, regardless of condition.

serious answer- it made me miserable. And that was after the heavy detox of the early days of supping Iodine so I chickened out. I keep meaning to try it again, but....

I tried googling it a little bit, what is though so great about IP6? Is it like another Iodine in that its super strong and healthy that you have side effects at first?
