Been takin lithium orotate and have felt different sensations in my body and neck.
is there anything real to this or is this just coincidence?
i found this from: http://www.krispin.com/thyroid.html
"In addition lithium orotate, as mentioned in the supplement list to follow, has been very successful in reversing this syndrome in some persons. The dose used is very low (120 mg of lithium orotate containing 4.8 mg of lithium), not anywhere near the dose used by physicians to treat bi-polar disorders (800-2400 mg of lithium carbonate daily). In 'resistance syndrome' lithium is being used as a trace element, currently recognized as conditionally essential, to restore membrane sensitivity."
i feel totally different since using the lithium orotate.
Lithium actually interferes with thyroid function through a variety of mechanisms. Although the suppression generally takes quite a while to occur. Here is a link with information as to how the suppression occurs:

also is l-arginine at 500mg safe for somebody with schizophrenia?
It should not affect the schizophrenia, but it does post a problem for people with herpes viruses as arginine triggers the viruses.
Been having great success with magnesium for constipation, however it has stopped working since I added boron to my supplements. Read that boron increases mag absorption, is that why I am constipated again all of a sudden?
The boron should not be causing constipation. But there are a number of things that can cause constipation including low thyroid.
Tried the gaba again for schizophrenia and is really definately helping. Thanks for that advice
Your welcome. You can also use glycine, which does the same thing and is much easier to absorb.
