I think I need some more help on my case and I set up an appt with Dr Starr.....can't get in until May!
Anyone worked with him or know someone who has?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,897,096i dont know if he is the right guy for you to work with because he keeps a lot of things under wraps, i assume so people will buy his book or make an appointment with him. but what i have heard from him is pretty much right on.

For my two cents, given that fairly extensive testing is available to the consumer, I'd consider a telephone consult with Janie at Stop the Thyroid Madness for thyroid, or Val for adrenals. Thyroid and adrenals overlap, of course, so they each can help both. They've seen so much through their forums, I'd think it'd be hard to stump them. If you're concerned about heavy metals, I don't know what their experience is with them.

got some testing done, looked like low iron
I started some Iron and had a weird reaction so I stopped it.
that was a couple of weeks ago.
In retrospect that may have been a tough time in general, hard to tell, because my symptoms fluctuate so much
maybe time to try it again
my REV T3 is too high so my doc put me on compounded T3 only. not sure if that feels any different
Jeanie was encouraging me to look at a protocol using Cytomel on circadian adjusted way to restore adrenals. Haven't gone there yet...
her info is good though...I totally get that.
I also did a few days of IP6 again (to get out the rust) and it stirred the pot. my second metacarpal-phallangeal joint in pointer finger has been sore and tight since...about 3 weeks

I think I have done 4 several jaunts with it.
considering what happened to my finger joints I am guessing I need to do it some more.
Have you taken it before?
if yes, how was it for you?
I found some older posts about afew of you on the forum here taking it and it seemed like there were some bumps in the road if I remember right..
