What is the Best Way to go into a Water Fast? Just go in without any preparation, or ease into it by cutting down on what you eat? Both methods have failed for me. I have another method that I have yet to try. The ole Ace-in-the-Hole if you will....but what if it doesn't work either??? Is it time to do what they do to Old Horses? I don't even own a Gun....(don't take that seriously).
