I've been messing around with 'tincture cubes' for a few months and I've finally got it right! Not only does this make taking multiple tinctures MUCH more convenient, but it also evaporates almost all of the alcohol. WOOHOO!
For starters, measure how much each cube in your ice cube tray will hold (mine hold 2 Tablespoons). You'll end up with half the contents being tincture and the other half being water (any higher ratio of water:alcohol than that and the cubes won't freeze).
Remember: 4 droppersful = approximately 1 teaspoon
The first thing to do is to figure out how many droppersful/teaspoons of tincture you can put in each cube. Since my cube holds 2T, I can put in 1T of tincture (which is 3 teaspoons or approximately 12 droppersful).
I find it much easier/quicker to measure the tinctures by the spoonful to fill the cubes.
Once you have the cubes filled with the tinctures you want, then boil distilled or R/O and fill the rest of the cube with the water. Let them cool completely before putting them in the freezer; do not stack the trays while cooling (or the ones on the bottom won't evaporate/steam off enough alcohol to freeze properly).
When frozen, just pop the cubes and put them in plastic bags (make sure to label the bags).
To use, start with two glasses. Put the cubes you want for one dose in one glass, and the cubes you want for the next dose in another glass. As soon as the cubes melt, take the dose in the first glass (you can mix it with water or juice, but I find I don't need to at all with the alcohol gone). Your second dose for later in the day is ready & waiting.
After you take the second dose, just rinse out the glass and put cubes for the next dose in the same glass and set it on the counter...and it'll thawed & ready for you whenever you are :) Then do that again for the 3rd dose (again putting cubes in the glass when you're done) - and your morning tincture dose will be ready for you when you wake up :)
This is SO MUCH EASIER than opening 6 or 8 bottles every time you want a dose of tinctures! (and you won't believe how 'less strong' they taste once the alcohol is gone - so this is perfect for kiddies :)
As far as mixing tinctures, you can mix them together however you'd like. The only thing you don't want to mix together is tinctures with "opposite actions" (you wouldn't want to mix Nerve Sedative or a sleep/calming herb with something like Kola Nut). For some reason, I resonate with adding the Cayenne tincture separately.
I'd think you could freeze the ACV Bombs, too...but I haven't tried it. I'd freeze them undiluted and after they've melted, add water/juice as you like. (:::thinking out loud::: the honey or blackstrap molasses might not freeze 'right', or it might be more mess than it's worth). I always mix equal parts ACV & BSM and keep it in a Mason jar on the counter for my ACV Bombs...and just spoon out a couple of tablespoons, add the cayenne and splash it with a bit of water or apple cider.
Slippery elm, methinks, should be taken separately as a "porridge"

yummy (to me) when mixed with apple juice, cinnamon & nutmeg (and a bit of natural sweetner 'to taste').
120
oz of juice daily is GREAT! Juice fasting ROCKS!
