Hi there,I am having the first of 2 sessions with a dentist to have some
Amalgam fillings removed from my mouth tomorrow, luckily I was able to find an open minded dentist that agreed to take them out after I had spent years changing my dentist to try find someone to take the mercury out of my mouth, only to get the same response each time, which was, that they are perfectly "safe",even though they were inserted 30 years ago.
Pieces of the fillings have been breaking off for years when I am eating,so much so that the dentist I am with now said that about half the area of the fillings are missing,I get a horrible taste in my mouth whenever I eat or drink anything and have lost all desire for the foods that I love to eat.
I have asked the dentist to not fill the teeth after the removal to give me a chance to try and clean/detox the affected teeth as they are a totally different colour to my other teeth and want to see if I can get some life back into them
I am looking for advice on anything useful that I can take before and after the removal tomorrow please.
I am thinking of drinking some apple cider vinegar and chlorella after the removal but I am wondering if I should leave the chlorella alone until after the second session as I will still have some fillings in my teeth.
Any advice is appreciated.
