Hey tomato, most inventors I have known in my life are very lovely people. They are friendly and trusting to a fault. Have you ever thought of how that invention would change our whole way of doing things? Someone would have to change their ways of business and the way they think.
IMO, the song, "Never Give Up" says it all for Frederick A. Larson (The Real Star of Bethlehem) and Stan Meyers. Just average guys that God used in a big way.
The evil that men do...will not go unnoticed. The Light will expose every bit of darkness. It will not be business as usual when the time comes, as the wheat and the tares are finally separated.
Thanks for sharing Stan's Story.
It's about as hard to get anyone to pay attention to a man poisoned for the good he tried to do as it is to bring to people's attention that we are being poisoned everyday by the poor quality fruits, vegetables, grains, meats and even organics, that are available to us.
Asking God for wisdom to grow our own foods....drive our own water powered cars.....search the heavens for the answers that NASA/Government can't/won't provide.
The average person would have quit at the first failure. That’s why there have been many average men and only one Edison.
Thomas Edison once observed that the reason most folks don’t recognize opportunity when it comes knocking is that it is often dressed in coveralls and looks like work. Edison knew that anything worthwhile never comes easily; if it were easy, anyone could do it. Because he persisted far beyond the point the average person would consider reasonable and rational, he produced inventions that even the most learned people of the day considered impossible. Great advances in knowledge are often achieved by people with an almost fanatical devotion to finding the solution to a problem. Flashes of inspiration alone are not enough to ensure success; they must be followed by determined, persistent action.
I was just wondering what type of things would you like to see written/posted in this forum tomato?
Anything special on your heart lately for us to focus on?
I hope you got a chance to read the latest posts by rainy about fasting. I think she did a good job and it helped me alot to understand the deeper reasons for fasting.
