I didn't want to, but the Cleansing Reactions were getting to be more than I could handle. I've been Water Fasting and Dry Fasting for the last week, or so. I fully expected my Health Problems to get better, but instead they got Worse. I can only guess that my Body went into the cleansing mode, and the Toxins were entering my bloodstream faster than my Body could naturally process them.
I believe it now about how the healthier you are, the easier it is to Fast.......WY
P.S. I just finished eating a little something, and feel much better...I'll get back to my Fasting in a couple of days...not going to let this thing beat me.
