Hey everyone,
In April of this year I decided to start eating more healthy, since my diet was quite bad the year before..so I started including a lot of nuts, olive oil and tuna fish which was always in sunflower oil of course as well, plenty of fruit and vegetable. after about 2 months of this healthy eating my eyebrows began to fall out they continued falling out for a whole month until i had like a yeast infection on my forehead which the doctor said was seb dermatitis..that eventually went with a cream she gave me however the eyebrow loss continued. after this i began to have eye problems and the optician said my oil glands are blocked..now i've done a lot of reading around and there seems to be a link between fatty acids of oil glands of the skin and eyes and yeast overgrowth of the skin which i am sure is related to my diet change..but i can't quite tell if this was because i was taking too much omega 3 of too much omega 6..was my diet too high in omega 6 should i begin taking fish oil supplements? i don't have seb derm now it's just the eyebrow loss and irritated slightly dry eyes..so much for trying to eat more healthy!
