We are in the middle of the tragic Multisystemic HHV-6 Disease (MHD) epidemic. The Multisystemic HHV-6 Disease (MHD) epidemic may be the biggest untold story of our time. This is a reply to # 1,883,983Hello, I fell victim to this when I was in High school back in 1991. It was a time when even less was known about this disease than now - they did not know for sure yet about which viruses were doing what. blood tests did comfirm however, that i had the EBV viruses and the Coxacae viruses. I managed to rid myself of these viruses over a period of 2 years doing the following. (blood tests later confirmed that they were no longer in my body)
*ample rest
*very gentle exercise - never continue if you get tired - you eventually build onto what you can do if you are consistent and gentle enough. If you push yourself, it just causes a relapse.
*taking copious amounts of all the water soluable vitamins
*a general mineral supplement
*paying careful attention to your diet
*get some sunshine every day - no sunblock (obviously within reason, and not in the middle of the day)
*Herbal tea - specifically stinging nettle, since it aids in flushing viruses from the body - I drank a minimum of 1 litre every single day for 2 years
I have unfortunately been overdoing things lately to the point of being extreme, and after a severe emotional shock when someone I know lost their 7 year old daughter to an untreated ear infection (South African public health care at its best)and having been re-infected lately, I now have to start my whole process again!..... this time it was more acute, and I developed menengitus, from which I am recovering nicely, thanks to prayer and an excellent Homeopath. I shall add the coconut oil cure to my efforts and hope that it speeds up the process - 2 years of such militaristic discipline over oneself is really not a walk in the park - during that time, I also consumed no processed foods or chemicals like msg or artificial sweetners that are so damaging to one anyway.
