I think this will vary from person to person. I find that for the most part it has increased my sexua| energy but it also helps to control the energy. A healthy amount of sexua| energy is vital for health and meditation but it needs to be directed back into the spine and up to the third eye, otherwise it will be directed out to the sexua| organs and create mental and physical problems.
If you notice a decreased sex drive as you are meditating, it could be that the energy is being redirected inwards instead of outwards, so this is a very good thing. Or it could be indicative of some energy imbalance in the body. Have you changed anything in your diet or made any lifestyle changes recently (besides the meditation)?
If you notice other things in addition to lowered sex drive, such as lower energy levels, less enthusiasm, less enjoyment of life, feeling disconnected from others, less love for others, then this is definitely indicative of an energy imbalance and there are measures you can take to correct this.
