I have never been a "excerise" nut, don't run, jog, etc.......I believe as Henry Ford did:
set down when you can
lay down when you can
relax / sleep

I have had the worst posture of any human male since I was a child.....I HATE to set up straight, I actually can't, it would drive me crazy if I had to! I must recline to find comfort, with my feet up.....to have my feet down, is extremely uncomfortable to me....

So to me, what is a real work out? Having kids, we host soccer parties, baseball parties, etc....parties....often 3-6 soccer parties, 3 baseball parties, etc.....where all the invited kids, go wild playing....with every sort of ball up to dodge ball by the end of the party......try playing 2-4 hours with kids age 7-13, finish it off with a hay ride, etc....and you will know you have used every muscle in your body in a most natural way.

I must admit, when it comes to the tumbling, I just "watch"....some of the kids friends can flip like cheer leaders and just get into a trampoline with 6 teen age boys and you will wonder if your going to make it out alive.

FUN EXERCISE is REAL! I just never got the notion to do the adult exercises in an adult gym...I never liked gym in school, never liked locker rooms/group showers, etc......Something just never seemed "right" by getting naked with a bunch of males for a shower.....and that pretty much explains why public schools are designed to get you ready for the military and I am lucky the draft ended when I was 17, because growing up in the 60's and hearing about all the neighbor boys older than me being killed over seas was about the most stupid thing I ever seen happen in life......to die for what? For something you never knew about and history shows was just a method to CULL YOU, because you were STRONG and undesirabe by your governments, so they make up wars to eliminate you!

I don't blame parents today home schooling kids and I think the best move yet is to remove the school teachers in favor for kids staying home and using the computer.....because all the kids and adults as well that do school / college via computer, most always "CHEATS", it is to be expected of them in these current times as american education has failed misserably as a result of giving teachers a special union in exchange for a government education.

By the time you die, your best memories will be the FUN you had, not the $$$$ you made.
