Urine therapy did not make much difference to my relatively high blood pressure.
I noticed however that after a 10 day urine fast the blood pressure came down significantly and slowly rose over six months back to 'normal'.
I have very sensitive blood pressure, I am 60 and it has been over the last 10 years around 150/100 on the first reading, but after a complete rest for 30-60 mins it would come down to 130/85. These are approximate figures because it can go to 170/105 and down to 125/80. My average over several years is 135/85. After a fast of 14 days it will come down around 111/78 fluctuating between there and 135/85.
It appears that the length of time to go back to the higher figures is extending from 5 mths 3 years ago to approx. 7 mths now with a 14 day fast each year.
It may be working for me, but I have been drinking a glass each day for 15 years so I would say it was not very positive for me.
