The 8oz bottles only come with "standard caps"...no droppers. But if they did come with droppers, the droppers would be HUGE (and that'd mess up the 'typical dosages' substantially).
There's approximately 30 drops in a "dropperful" (which is never-ever even close to filling the dropper tube).
A "standard" dose for children is "one drop per pound per dose"...but just like for adults, the range is huge. When my sister's youngest was dealing with juvenile periodontal issues (and had a couple of fairly serious gum infections), she gave her 3-4 year old doses as high as three-four droppersful at a time...and plenty of raw garlic, too.
A dropperful 3x daily is a great starting point :)
