Day 5,
It's day 5 and Saturdays weigh in is fast approaching,i feel scared and excited at the same time.I'm hoping for a good loss but honestly I'll be happy with anything. I've noticed that my trousers are starting to feel looser.
I've been drinking plenty but i wouldn't say overly loads,I've had lots of energy and i haven't felt like it's effected my work. I haven't really done any exercise as of yet,i really should make more effort in that department.Maybe start with a 10 minute section from my toning dvd and see how i feel.
I find as long as i keep my mind busy then i don't really think about food,which makes me realize that the sole reason for my over eating and binging is a massive case of boredom.I reach for the food way to easily,it could be for boredom,celebration,comfort,stress you name it i eat for it!
Doing this fast has made me feel like i am gaining back some of the control over my eating and my life.Happy days.
