This is day one for me. I am aiming to go 60 days. I have done a 50 day fast about a year ago and lost 85 pounds. I am currently 190lbs so I want to get to my goal weight 115. I've waited a year, probably could've done this sooner, but at least I haven't gained any weight since last fast -I have done some one and two day fasts though recently. This time is it and going to do a long one. Last fast on refeed I gained five
pounds (which is normal water weight gain) so I will try to get to 110lbs. I didn't have a problem not gaining the weight over past year -I am not an exercise person, but I try not to overeat on a regular basis -sometimes splurge though.
Anyone wanting to lose alot of weight and obese like I still am (I am only 5ft4in) then you can
Water Fast -only diet I've ever been able to lose weight on because after day 3 you have no appetite and keeping from food is easy. I only cheated on first two days by having a warm glass of milk at night. So if having a coffee or tea whatever gets you through those first hard couple of days is fine. You can do this. I also like to mention that I drink water from the tap -bottled water is also tap water so why pay for it. I also like to have it warm and with ice. Other than that,
Water Fasting I find much easier and faster weight loss than juice fasting.
