Hello all,
Well, after two fairly difficult flushes (#7 & 8), I will be doing #9 tonight.
Since I cannot tolerate the OO/GF concoction any longer, I will be using coconut oil and limes.I am actually looking forward to it.
The walnut oil from the last two did not seem to really produce enough "flushing" action to cause a full release.
I am hoping since coco oil is higher in the saturated fats, it will produce a stronger contraction of the GB. I believe that Telman mentioned something about oils higher is sat. fats producing better flushes.
I have eaten oatmeal and pasta with red sauce today...no fat. I am currently feeling a little pressure more to the left of midline epigastric rather than to the right. I believe the pancreas is a little annoyed with me right now. I am, however, feeling fullness...which is good in my case, means that the GB has not released today.
As usual, I have encapsulated the ES, so no problem there!
I will post the results in approx. 24 hrs!

No stones and I feel like crap today. Although, the mixture tasted fine.

MoreThis is a reply to # 186,610I know of one person who said she was successful with the coconutoil, but you don't hear it too often, mainly because most people don't use it.

This is a reply to # 186,563I'm curious how this will turn out for you; I know coconut oil doesn't require digestive (pancreatic) enzymes to break it down like longer-chain fats do. It's immediately absorbed into the hepatic portal vein and sent to the liver. I'm not sure if this means your flush would be less effective? More effective? Pretty sure the gall bladder would still empty.

Here's what happened...
I ended up mainly passing A LOT of BRIGHT YELLOW bile and A LOT of white stringy stuff. I suffer with candida presently and I assume that was what I saw.
Since Coco oil is anti-fungal as well, I figure that it got rid of some yeast for me along with the bile.
I saw not one stone...nothing even remotely stone-like!
I felt TERRIBLE this morning...mostly die-off reaction. Every muscle is still sore (like I've been in a fight) although that happens with every flush.
I am feeling much better this afternoon and I will take some psyllium and Bentonite this evening to help scrub the rest out and neutralize some toxicity.
I felt so bad this morning, I couldn't even consider an enema...which I would normally do.
I am pleased, however, that I don't seem to be exhibiting the emotional upset with this flush that I suffered with on the last 2. #8 was REALLY rough in that dept.
So, overall I would not call this flush a failure and I am looking forward to seeing what my energy level looks like tomorrow.
Flush #10 will be with Macadamia Nut Oil no matter the cost.
