hi...
i am aware that liverflushing releases alot of toxins into the bowels and that these may be re absorbed into the bloodstream. as i have Acne i am frightened it will worsen this! so i was wondering if anyone new of a process which u could do after a Liver Flush that would flush out any remaining toxins in the body? maybe a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) the next day? i have Oxypowder pills aswell.

This is a reply to # 186,298It seems to me that by doing the four Epsom Salt drinks, you will have plenty of eliminations. I too use Oxypowder and have used it after a Liver Flush to ensure all is eliminated. I haven't experienced any difficulties.

This is a reply to # 186,305i see...the potocal states that one should prepare 3 cups of epson salts...u have an extra cup? if so when do u have it?

This is a reply to # 186,309It is actually four doses of 3/4 cups each time, 6 pm, 8 pm, 7 am, and 9 am. The protocol calls for 3 cups water with 4 tbs of epsom. Sorry for the confusion.

i had terrible acne..n i cannot even explain how bad it got after the first flush..
its almost been a month..n i m still suffering becuz of it..nothing to scare u..
but puhleeze make sure its all out of u....do enema..etc...i havent done another flush...so i dunno whats effective...all i know is u must be careful
