Related to above post: when you have some time, you may want to check out the Depression
board going way back. I'm planning on easing off of Zoloft at some point myself, so am starting the education process regarding that. I've seen a couple of veteran liver flushers over there, as well, so those who post probably know a lot better how to do stuff. Using natural serotonin replacement 5-HTP comes to mind. Regarding the meds and flushes, I normally take my daily dose several hours prior to beginning the flush so that it will have time to be at least partially absorbed. I've done 5 LFs and have noticed some definite mood changes in doing so, as well. I do have hope of one day reaching all my goals of the LF, though!
