Greets 6bleeps,
It sounds like your eyes are quite stable as you’ve not had to keep increasing the prescription on a regular basis.
I’ve backtracked on your posts and find you’ve been doing cleansing via "liver flushing".
Excellent.
No doubt you’ve changed your diet somewhat as well.
These two things alone can induce an improvement.
Your entire body is in transition mode during this process.
You can improve your chances of kicking the glasses by getting any of several eye books and learning what things to do.
I’ll list several I have in my library at the end of this post.
Will wearing them (contacts) that infrequently contribute to my astigmatism? 6bleeps
Any sunglasses, glasses or contacts “will” affect the eyes.
Only if the eye is unstable (or overly stressed) might it not attempt to recover or recover fully, from eyewear.
A final word of caution.
As we progress here at curezone and in our knowledge of what we do for our health.
We should find that a mental component may be intertwined with our health problem.
So it can be with the eyes.
Meaning, we may do everything on the physical level but not realize full health benefits until we accept emotional responsibility.
I’ve found that most people lean towards either the physical health or the emotional (or spiritual side if you prefer) with a tendency to ignore the other.
From
Creating Your Personal Vision:
The psychoemotional component for astigmatism is mixed messages.
Either from your parents or teachers.
That is, the father may send one message while the mother sends a different one and the child is caught in the middle.
The outward distortion caused by astigmatism is a reflection of the distortion of the inner self.
Most likely more than you wanted to know…..;-)
