Hi!
There seems to be controversy over candida and probiotics with inulin. The current probiotic I'm taking is from Klaire Labs (per my Chiro's recommendation):

I take 1 in the AM and 2 in PM for a total of 75billion CFUs
I'm thinking of switching to the higher-potency powder:

I used to take Custom Probiotics Adult CP-1 (3 a day for 150billion CFUs). However, there are only 5 strains (as opposed to 12 in the Klaire Labs' formula). The Custom Probiotics seemed to work great at first, but then I stopped noticing results. The Klaire Labs seems to be good, but now I'm afraid that the inulin might be contradictory for my candida issue. (I have no major reaction to the Klaire Labs).
So, should I continue with the Klaire labs or switch back to CP-1?
Anyone use Natren Healthy Trinity? I don't like how there are only 3 strains, though.
What about the other formulas from Custom Probiotics, like the ones that contain more than 5 strains?
Any recommendations? It must be dairy/gluten free for me!
Thanks!
