Hi there,
I'm sure this has been asked countless times, but what is the best oil for oil pulling? I have yellow teeth and want to whiten them. Some people mention coconut oil. Is this the best or is there really no difference between oils (given they are unrefined)? Is this is the case why pay for an expensive oil if a cheaper one will do the job just as well? An ayurvedic site alleges sesame oil is the best. Any thoughts?

I like Avocado Oil...it's light, and moves through my teeth without any trouble. Sesame Oil would be a good choice too......WY - Re: Best oil Grace2Marayger

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,855,836I used grape seed the first time I did oil pulling and felt it did lighten my teeth better that the sesame oil but both worked for me. I also think Auromere herbal toothpaste 'Cardamom-Fennel' has lightened my teeth. Overall health improvements and especially not drinking coffee except on holidays and vacation has most likely been a factor for my teeth lightening up a lot.

This is a reply to # 1,858,405Coconut Oil whitens but I don't like the texture so I mix it with Macadamia Nut Oil because it tastes good to me.
My teeth are realllly white and shiny and I have a two cup a day coffee habit.
