Dr. Jeff -- I recently read an old post of yours explaining why you said Immunocal/Immunopro was acceptable early in the program even though other dairy is not. Your answer was basically that the small amount of remaining milk residues in the powder seems to be insubstantial enough so that it doesn't bother most people, even if they do have a milk intolerance.
Using this same logic, then, wouldn't ghee be ok to use since it has the vast majority of the milk protein removed? You've said some people who have dairy allergies react to ghee...how can I tell if I'm "reacting" to something? When I stopped ingesting dairy, I didn't notice any improvements, so what would be a sign if I reacted badly to something?
