Not as big as the black "jumbo olives" last time, but still the size of my thumb nail. Not as many so far, but the day is young. Now, to avoid the "panic attack" and bleeding episodes of last time, I am going to take Ornithine, charcoal, Bentonite, and I guess I will go buy an enema bag, ugh (had bad experiences with them when I was pg.) This is a reply to # 1,853,389I really don't think you'll have another attack. The first time was due to the sudden release of a lot of toxins, which I think now will not be the case.

This is a reply to # 1,853,389There are some bowel conditions that enemas can worsen and if you have had problems with enemas read about them first. I use an enema bucket, not a bag.

This is a reply to # 1,853,701When I read about your headache I got reminded of my first flush. I had a killing pain in my head (can't remember if it was my sinuses too) but after 3-4 months flushing every 2 weeks I found out that all my allergies were gone.
Since childhood I always had sinus and earproblems.
Someone told me that like ear itching and sinus pain could be allergies.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,853,724That's great to hear! I am doing mine to get rid of all these gallstones--had gallbladder attacks and pancreatitis. What did you do to "detox" after the flushes? Advance prep? Any tips that made it more successful for you? This time around, I didn't get out as many stones as last time. I also didn't get out that huge amount of kryptonite green crystals that I did last time. None of those fluorescent green ones at all, in fact. Weird. Liver and gallbladder are aching, though, just like last time.

This is a reply to # 1,853,771I never worried much about stones I often did not have any, as long as I saw bile then I knew the flush worked. Officially (ultrasound) I have one big stone I still have it but you can live with it just keep your liver clean, I mainly flushed so I would not make new ones.
I had never pain afterwards but some people do. You can read Telman's posts he has written about it. He has also a blog he made of his journey, but I can't remember the link.
