Do a
Liver Flush at the end, THEN start eating food, via
1) eat some
Watermelon for a couple of days (along with smoothies)
2) drink some broth or light soup and smoothies (banana, strawberries, blueberries)
3) eat a fresh light salad and smoothie.
4) eat RAW for several days and 80% RAW veg's for a couple of weeks. (can still eat
Watermelon thru this and soup and smoothies)
Go easy, breaking fast is AS important or more so than the fast. Do this for as long as you can before eating fish or chicken. Stay at least 80% RAW and/or smoothies, fresh salads, fresh soups.
Nothing heavy or you'll get constipated.
Please think only of
juicing before thinking of how you'll break your fast, or you may break it early. You'll still lose weight during the breaking process.
