I think the stress of a big move is a big deal. And the effects would hit you where you're weakest. Even if the move was for joyful reasons, there is pure wear and tear in changing so much at once -- figuring out where to go to the grocery store, where to park the car, the home is now laid out different, noise is different, light is different, smells are different. Where's the comfort? While being bombarded with new sensations in a new environment, till you make it your home, your body will take a beating. Not very scientific, I suppose. I'd rely on as much routine as possible, to remind my body I'm still paying attention to its needs. Be well :)
