Firstly, I should say that I traveled from one very hot place to another very hot place halfway around the world from where I live. So jet lag and heat are a probably a factor in my lack of progress. Luckily, I had a cool dark room and a fairly light schedule. Believe it or not, I actually slept deeper with jet lag, but alternated Ambien and Rohypnol, and Xanax when the lag wore off and the insomnia hit again. I confess I also regularly ate outside my strict diet.
Whew, that looks ugly in writing, but feel like I can't afford to skip one night of sleep when crashing. I just arrived home two nights ago, and because I'm jet lagged again, I'm not on scripts and I'm feeling well enough to write, I'm thinking that perhaps the meds aren't worth the sleep after all. Dilemma.
Anyway here goes,
I'm having trouble tolerating my Lam protocol. Dorine started me on Liponano C, C Support, and Pandrenal all in one day, but soon switched me to a rotation soon after. Now she has me sipping a large container of water with Liponano C 1/4 -1/4, all day 1, then C Support 1-0 all day 2. I've had more aches and pains then ever before, and lots of anxiety, heart palps, and sleeplessness in spite of my usually helpful meditation practice.
She is now recommending "Liponano G" (Glutathione) for my liver because she believes I have a sluggish liver. It actually makes sense to me because I've had some success with Glutathione IV's and Immunopro (a G precursor) in the past.
However, she has asked me to lay off the Milk Thistle, lymph yoga and massages for awhile because it causes a detox, and she feels that I shouldn't stir things up for awhile. But I'M thinking that the Glutathione will stir things up considerably. I'll need to bring that up in our next consultation.
I'm confused because before I started with the Lams, (or reading this forum) I could handle large doses (including IV's) of C. Now it seems that one big sip of my water/vitamin can cause a mini crash, with neck and hip pain. I'm now down to 1/8 of Lipo C a day.
I've never had hip pain before. Why do the new vitamins cause me aches and pains? Is this Inflammation caused by the C?
Because I'm feeling OK today, and the weather a bit cooler, I'm inclined to stick with Dorine's suggestions. I hope I don't regret this decision.
