I will start drinking my malic acid mixed with water tomorrow for a week, i am very excitied about this flush as i can't wait to see more results!
I have booked a colonic for before and after the flush as i did with the first flush, it was amazing to see more stones come out on the colonic after the flush whcih didn't come out with the epsoms alone!
I got results from the first flush,my digestion seems slightly better and skin softer, i am still getting little pimples but they seem fewer :)
I will let you know how the second one goes...
