2011challenge
Today is Day 5 of my fasting. For those of you who is wondering what kind of fasting I am doing,I am doing and juice/water fasting. I feel that my body is not ready for a full long fast, for the reason I have lots of toxin. So the best way to fast for me at my weight is juice/water fast.
How I fast:
I drink only water for 24hrs, then I take 250ml of juice, then I continue
Water Fasting for 24hrs and repeat the process.
Start weight: 237
Current weight: 229
Goal weigh: 180
height: 5'8
I lost 8
pounds in 5days, I am very happy with that. Before This fast my journey started at 265 and with short fasts I came to 237. I am finally in the 220s, I will fast until I get under 200.
