hey fasters, how is everyone doing? Great i would hope....ok here is my thing about fasting...so far i have tried it a few times...the longest 5days...i'm almost done with day 1...again...and i feel better then yesterday from my fall.....but i think i read it somewhere that its better to fast during the summer months then it is during the winter? And either way its fine, even though this year i started during the spring/summer time, its my first year period...lol but this is what i think makes it harder or maybe not for summer....i live in florida first of all...and this summer is one of the hottest yet, we have drouts, wild fires, you name it....and that makes it hotter and this is supposed to be hurricane season! I feel dehydrated all the time, i'm constantly sweating, i'm irratated all the time, moody, and cranky...i sleep for a few hours and be up till 1am or later...its like what part of the summer weather is supposed to be good for fasting?
Please explain anyone.....thanks
Curreny weight: 353.0 and dropping...yay!
I had put it back on from breaking it but my body rejusted faster then i thought...it might be the excess water weight i'm loosing from the sweating...lol who knows...200lbs here i come!
