My Dad has found that consuming a Magnesium drink 3 times a day stops his muscle cramps.

I was wondering if adding a teaspoon of Sea Salt and 1,000 mg of Vitamin C would be ok to combine?

  Yes, it would be fine. Those of us over on VWT Iodine supplementation forum often mix our salt with OJ for convenience. Magnesium would certainly not cause a problem when mixed with Sea Salt . What form would you be using?
