I did a hair mineral test and my calcium(203mg)was elevated and my copper(7) was as well. I had almost no Boron(.02) and I believe this caused my Sodium(4) and Potassium(2) levels to be low. My Molybedum(.001) was really low too. Everything else was normal. How should I balance this out? Any advice??

This is a reply to # 1,836,659Sounds like copper imbalance, I have this too I'm taking zinc, molybdenum with each meal and following a low copper diet. There is a great book by Anne Gettleman called why am I always so tired.....also look up copper toxicity on the web there are quite a few articles....
