I too am a teacher so I had real concerns this week , luckily I started on spring break so I could play around with the swf..what I do now is wake up around 5 , take the swf ( and I do it in less than 5 minutes, why belabor the point ) take the dog on a walk, then head off the health club which is where I work out near the upstairs restroom and go there...it did take a couple of days to figure out how my body would work and I think for myself and what I have read that the first few days are the worst for flushing..but that morning is best,,,
maybe the weekend would be a better time to start so you could have at least 2 days to play with it, on Day 3 I started the shakes and that firms part of it up, start with one shake for the first few days to see how your body does then add more, I only do 2 one in the morning and one at lunch, otherwise I was getting too hungry and cranky with my kids ( h igh school) food is such a small comfort to a teacher in between classes
