This is a reply to # 1,834,883I have searched for years (and still look) for a multi that has it all, and one does bot exist. If it has adequate amounts of one thing, it is too low on another, so I have to supplement my multi with several things.
I gave up and use a multi to get the misc stuff, and then take C, D, E, etc separately. It's all in what you want to take. It's sad that there are many who pop a basic multi from CVS and think they are doing much.- Re: redundancy? Dquixote1217

Have you ever taken a look at intraMAX? Granted that you might have a very small number of items you wish to add to get every single thing at 100% or more, depending on what you normally get from your diet, but still - what a product! It is certainly the best one I know about. We take it and it is one of only a handful of supplements I have had experience with where multiple people have said that it made a quick noticeable difference.
