This is sort of "disease" (dis-ease) 101. ( and there's lots more to learn, if you find it resonates) Recommended for open minds, and those that have had enough of suffering, and want to 'get out of the way'. There is an old joke which is sometimes hard to hear, and then one day you find you can laugh at it--Actually, it's more a truism, or something to ponder...(which is not the same as incessant worrying or over-thing)

It goes: "ever notice that when there is something wrong 'you' are always there?" Some people get highly offended and angry at the question. If that is you, then you can be sure ego is controlling You. (the realer, more all-seeing you) One thing most people have noticed about the water fast, esp. one that goes longer than seven days, is that it becomes easier and easier to see the problems ego creates, and how good it is at hiding, normally. One way it hides is under a lot of comfort food. But, like the naked Emperor, the gentle-spirited (or the water faster who's begun to see through new eyes) can *clearly* see,
"the emperor has no clothes!"
