Dearest Uny, I am so ready to be healthy and happy. Recovery has been a nightmare. It began in February with stage 3 adrenal exhaustion, and severe anxiety attacks. Doctors just treated me like I was crazy and put me on Zoloft which I took for 2 mths. I truly believe had I kept taking it I would have died.
I overcame anxiety with suppliments and letting go of alot of stressors. I pay more attention to what I eat and drink as well. But this supplimenting just doesn't seem right and it feels like my body will never get straight on this path. I feel like I keep becoming deficient in different vitamins and minerals and it just seems like a viscious cycle.
My main problems seem to stem from my digestive system. I go once a day and very little. No stomach aches or pains of any kind. Seems too quiet down there. My gums are a complete mess which I kind of blame on high intake of vit c. They have receded horribly and sometimes hurt. My sinuses on my right side seem stuffed up and my right ear pops every time I try to blow my nose. I've been coughing up yellowish gunk for a month but it doesn't feel like it's in my chest. No rattling or steady cough, so I wonder if its like nasal drip. My body aches tremendously. Mainly my legs and sometimes my back, but a general muscle weakness. My breasts, holy moley, they are very tender. And just recently a lymph node in my groin has slightly swelled and is tender. My eyes stay blood shot and I just look tired.
I want to get better not substitute symptoms. Although I am so grateful the anxiety is gone. That was crazy!
I have Dr. Schultz catalogue and want to start flushing. Would love to know your thoughts on where to begin.
