Hi all, this is my day 10, I started at 192 and today weighed in at 176. I'm wearing old clothes from my closet that are a size smaller since my clothes were getting too baggy.
I got a day pass the last two days for Crunch and have been using the treadmill but I'm planning to start my Jillian whats-her-name 30-day shred workout tonight or tomorrow, keeping it low impact.
