Sutnam
I had that sensation and it is what sent me to the doctor. It came with a feeling of scratchiness. I was told I had growths on my thyroid after a sonogram. Also told I had hasimoto's disease. I changed my diet to clean myself, used something called a scenar, took a supplement with thyroid tissue and super adrenal. As a woman in menopause I also used a progesterone cream. Selenium is VERY important to the thyroid. And Vitamin D3. I took/take between 25000 and 50000 units and 10 min.of sun a day.
Now after reading some of Sam Biser and Dr. Schultze works, I am searching for a cure for the hasimotos through herbs.
The auto immune hashimotos makes me think that I must address my immune system, to build it up. I am thinking Vit C. will be instumental in that. I will use a vita mix and real oranges for all the little extras goodies one gets from nature that cannot/is not packed into a supplement. Also just read that
Iodine is NOT good for folks with hashimoto disease. And when I tried taking it my thyroid just hurt.
hope this helps.
