JohnBSeems like candida has the ability to utilize a lot more substances than we think. Taking vitamins is very contraversial as well. Some say yes some say no. Seems like candida might have the ability to utilize vitamin supps. If noticed before that ive taken some herbs+supps and they seem to work for 4 or 5 days and then make me tired after that. Maybe the candida figures out how to utilize these substances after a little while.
What kind of diet does he recommend...Im sure its the low glycemic.
what foods does he say to stay away from?
Any particuliar nuts or seeds he says to stay away from?
Does he say to avoid all supps including vitamin C?
