that is not s stupid question. Usually you will see them the morning after your flush. So if you flushed last night, you will see them this morning. Sometimes you might see them tomorrow, but not as likely. And more often, you will see no stones on your first flush. ALot of people just get gunk that has to come out so the stones can come out with subsequent flushes.

My son began the flush recipe on Saturday and finished it on Sunday. He began having small green stones come out all Saturday afternoon, but he took his last epson salt at noon. Then at 1:00 a.m. on Monday he released one dark tan quarter-sized stone, and 4 almost dime sized stones. At 11:00 p.m. that evening he released a green dime sized stone. The diarrhea lasted over 24 hours too.
