Diluting Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with water or juice-with-no-c-added is necessary both to dilute the strong chemical to avoid adverse reactions and to add water to your system to distribute the mms, just like any medicine. I wouldn't take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at the same time as Colloidal Silver because the mms would react with the silver and negate the goodness of both.
